Cedars Group
Cedars Group was formed in 2018 by Jeoffrey Feghali, Ryan Feghali, and Johnny Baklini. While they are all affiliated with the top-performing company in the Little Caesars system, they branched out on their own to apply what they learned in new markets with new opportunities. Their mission is to achieve operational excellence while elevating the communities they serve. What started out as a single store in Ridgecrest, California, has expanded into an operation running 28 locations in three different states. Their goal is to continue growing in different markets, without limiting themselves to just a single business.

Ryan Feghali
Managing Partner
Ryan grew up in Bakersfield, CA before leaving to achieve his BA in Business Marketing at California State University, Fullerton. Following his BA, he did a stint in advertising before leaving to pursue his MBA from the Rady School of Management at UC San Diego where he transitioned into finance and investments at a firm in San Diego. Knowing his calling was always entrepreneurship, he finally left to chase his dreams and follow in his father’s footsteps by purchasing his first Little Caesars Pizza franchise. He currently owns and operates both Little Caesars Pizza and Jersey Mike’s Subs franchises in Arizona and California. He enjoys playing tennis, reading, investing, and is an active member of the Entrepreneur Organization of San Diego.
Jeoff Feghali
Managing Partner
Jeoffrey was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He studied abroad in Cairo, Egypt, before relocating to Bakersfield, California. There, he worked at his father’s Little Caesars restaurants and his love of the pizza business was planted in him. He attended California Polytechnic State University and received his BS in Electrical Engineering in 2006. After graduating, he worked as an engineer for Linear Technology and was part of a team that created integrated circuits and electronic chips. In 2009, Jeoff moved back to Bakersfield, California, and became involved with Little Caesars. He currently owns and operates 23 stores across California and Arizona. In his free time, Jeoff likes to play guitar and write music. His hobbies include working out, sports, martial arts, and hanging out with his dog.
Johnny Baklini
Managing Partner
Originally from Beirut, Lebanon, Johnny swiftly transitioned from high school to working at Little Caesars in the U.S. He soon started studies at Bakersfield College, and achieved a BS in Business Administration with a management emphasis and Math minor from California State University, Bakersfield. His journey from crew member to Managing Partner fueled his operations enthusiasm, leading to doubled revenues in under a decade through enhanced sales and new openings. By 2018, Johnny co-launched Neek Inc., quickly expanding to many Little Caesars locations across three states, markedly boosting business performance.
Committed to personal growth and positivity, Johnny thrives on uplifting others, guided by a strong belief in Karma. He values family time and living by the motto: “Always Remember to Smile.”
