Ryan Feghali

Supervisor

Ryan grew up in Bakersfield, California, and went on to earn a BA in Business Marketing from California State University, Fullerton. After graduating, he worked in advertising before deciding to pursue an MBA at the Rad School of Management at UC San Diego, where he shifted his focus to finance and investments at a San Diego-based firm.

Despite exploring other paths, Ryan always knew entrepreneurship was his calling. He eventually followed in his father’s footsteps by purchasing his first Little Caesars Pizza franchise. Today, he owns and operates bothLittle Caesars Pizza and Jersey Mike’s Subs franchises in Arizona and California.

Interests & Hobbies

In his free time, Ryan enjoys playing tennis, reading, investing, and is an active member of the Entrepreneur Organization of San Diego.

Jeoffrey Feghali

Managing Partner

Jeoffrey was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, and later studied abroad in Cairo, Egypt before relocating to Bakersfield, California. There, while working at his father’s Little Caesars restaurants, he developed a passion for the pizza business.

He went on to attend California Polytechnic State University, earning a BS in Electrical Engineering in 2006. After graduation, Jeoffrey worked as an engineer at Linear Technology, where he was part of a team developing integrated circuits and electronic chips.

In 2009, he returned to Bakersfield and became actively involved with Little Caesars.

Interests & Hobbies

Outside of work, Jeoffrey enjoys playing guitar and writing music. His hobbies include working out, sports, martial arts, and spending time with his dog.

Johnny Baklini

Managing Partner

Johnny was born and raised in Lebanon before moving to California, where he earned his bachelor’s degree from California State University, Bakersfield and later returned to become certified in Human Resources. He has grown a single restaurant into a portfolio of 30+ Little Caesars and CoCo Playa locations across three states.

Johnny is known for creating and scaling departments from scratch—building systems in operations, HR, and property management before delegating them as the business expanded.

A lifelong learner, he thrives on solving problems, creating structure, and developing leaders.

He is a graduate of Bakersfield Leadership and an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and the Executive Association of Kern County (EAKC). He also previously participated in the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO).

Outside of work, Johnny values faith, family, and personal growth. He enjoys journaling, learning, and staying involved in community-focused nonprofit efforts.

Interests & Hobbies

Johnny is committed to personal growth and is known for uplifting those around him, guided by a strong belief in karma. He values family time and lives by the motto: ‘Always Remember to Smile.’
