Hunter, a Bakersfield native, quickly became Assistant Director at Little Caesars through a friend’s recommendation. Married and recently welcoming her first child, she enjoys photography, outdoor activities, and cherishes family moments.

Kamil has extensive experience leading diverse teams and improving profitability. Previously, he co-founded Burger Boss in Southern California and managed up to 300 franchise and company-owned locations at Taco Bell and El Pollo Loco. He is passionate about people, customer service, and sales growth.

Jeff has over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience in tech, having founded a successful computer forensics equipment company. Currently, he serves as CFO for leading restaurant groups in San Diego and various tech firms. Jeff lives in Coronado with his wife, Lora, and their three college-aged children.

Miguel started at Little Caesars in high school in 2006, advancing through dedication to become Director of Operations. He oversees 21 stores, 4 supervisors, and 400+ employees. Married for 10 years, father of 3, he loves family time and watching sports.

Fernanda, originally from Mexico, joined Little Caesars in 2007 as a crew member, rising to regional supervisor. She manages 6 locations in Yuma, Arizona. Married with two daughters, she values honesty, traveling, and spending quality time with family.

Hugo moved from Mexico to the U.S. at age 15 and has worked 18 years at Little Caesars, currently as a supervisor. Married with three children, he loves music, sports, and emphasizes humility, respect, and dedication in everything he does.

Joe has worked with Cedars Group and Feghali Foods for over a decade, witnessing Cedars’ growth into a strong, established business. Earlier, he traveled internationally, working at soccer tournaments, including two FIFA World Cups. Living in Oregon, Joe loves hiking, climbing mountains, and exploring nature trails.
