A Proven Success
Cedars Group was formed in 2018 by Jeoffrey Feghali, Ryan Feghali, and Johnny Baklini. While they are all affiliated with the top-performing company in the Little Caesars system, they branched out on their own to apply what they learned in new markets with new opportunities. Their mission is to achieve operational excellence while elevating the communities they serve. What started out as a single store in Ridgecrest, California, has expanded into an operation running 10 locations in two different states. Their goal is to continue growing in different markets, without limiting themselves to just a single business.

A Team Of Professionals
Ryan grew up in Bakersfield, CA before leaving to achieve his BA in Business Marketing at California State University, Fullerton. Following his BA, he did a stint in advertising before leaving to pursue his MBA from the Rady School of Management at UC San Diego where he transitioned into finance and investments at a firm in San Diego. Knowing his calling was always entrepreneurship, he finally left to chase his dreams and follow in his father’s footsteps by purchasing his first Little Caesars Pizza franchise. He currently owns and operates both Little Caesars Pizza and Jersey Mike’s Subs franchises in Arizona and California. He enjoys playing tennis, reading, investing, and is an active member of the Entrepreneur Organization of San Diego.
Jeoffrey was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He studied abroad in Cairo, Egypt, before relocating to Bakersfield, California. There, he worked at his father’s Little Caesars restaurants and his love of the pizza business was planted in him. He attended California Polytechnic State University and received his BS in Electrical Engineering in 2006. After graduating, he worked as an engineer for Linear Technology and was part of a team that created integrated circuits and electronic chips. In 2009, Jeoff moved back to Bakersfield, California, and became involved with Little Caesars. He currently owns and operates 23 stores across California and Arizona. In his free time, Jeoff likes to play guitar and write music. His hobbies include working out, sports, martial arts, and hanging out with his dog.
Johnny was born in Beirut, Lebanon, graduated high school, and immigrated to the United States shortly afterward. The next day, he started working full time in a Little Caesars restaurant, and after 3 months, he started learning English by attending Bakersfield College. After transferring to California State University in Bakersfield, and graduating with a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in management, and after moving up the ladder from crew member all the way to Chief Operations Officer, Johnny grew to love operations and wanted to learn more every day. He doubled revenues in less than 10 years by growing same-store sales and opening additional locations in the same market. In 2018, Johnny co-founded Neek Inc with an interest in purchasing existing Little Caesars restaurants. In less than one year, Neek Inc. grew to seven locations in 2 different states and doubled its performance versus previous owners.
Johnny is all about personal development and positivity. He loves elevating others and strongly believes in Karma. He enjoys a day off with his family and loves to workout. Johnny’s favorite quote is “Always Remember to Smile”
