Thankful for

Miguel began his career at Little Caesars while still in high school in 2006. Over the years, with hard work and dedication to the business, he worked his way up to store manager. After proving his skills at the manager position, he was eventually promoted to the area supervisor. Currently, he is the Director of Operations. As such, he oversees 21 stores, 4 supervisors, and over 400 employees. Miguel lives in Bakersfield, Ca, where he and his wife of 10 years are raising their 3 beautiful children. In his personal time, Miguel likes to spend time with his family and enjoys watching his favorite sports teams, the LA Lakers and the Dallas Cowboys.

Fernanda is originally from Mexico and moved to the United States in 2007. After coming to the U.S, she applied for a job at Little Caesars Pizza. Her career with Little Caesars began with a position as a regular crew member. Through dedication, ambition, and hard work, Fernanda learned the business and developed the skills needed to climb through the ranks and eventually become a store manager. She excelled at this position for over 5 years and was promoted to regional supervisor. Fernanda is responsible for overseeing 6 locations in Yuma, Arizona. She is proud and honored to be part of the Cedars Group Family. From her experience, she has grown as a person and gained important knowledge that has helped her become a successful supervisor, and made her a valuable team member. Fernanda likes to help and teach colleagues and elevates those around her by sharing with them her knowledge of the business. She recognizes the importance of her role and believes that if you have set clear goals and dreams in your life, that with motivation and hard work one can reach them. 

Hugo was born in Michoacan, Mexico. In 1995 at the age of 15, he immigrated to the US and came to Bakersfield, California. He attended East Bakersfield High School as well as Arvin High School, from which he graduated. Hugo then attended Taft College for one year and at the age of 22, he joined the Little Caesars family. He has spent the last 18 years and counting working with Little Caesars. Hugo is happily married and has 3 kids that mean the world to him. He loves music and enjoys singing, as well as watching sports. He is always passionate about everything he does. Honesty, punctuality, dedication, and hard work are just some of the many qualities that define him. Hugo lives by the motto that life is a roller coaster. Sometimes you are up, sometimes you are down, but no matter where one may be, they should always stay humble and treat everyone with respect.
